ASAP provides outsourced accountancy and admin services, employing approximately 20 staff. They have around 8 PC's.

Proper data backup - as all data was previously stored on individual machines, there was a risk of customer data loss if a machine failed.
A bespoke IT structure - there was no centralised e-mail system, thus no shared access for staff.
